Description:
Our metal-free solid wood bed is made of Ash Bavarian ash wood and convinces with numerous details.
Thickness of frame material: particularly stable, 2.6 cm.
Depth of slat insertion: 20 cm - also ideal for particularly thick mattresses.
Rigid slats, 3 planks are drilled for possible fastening (screws are NOT included-recommend 3x35-40 mm screws)

Metal-free:
natural, plant-based oiled wood bed frame is connected without screws with an ingenious wood graft system. Metal elements can create interference fields in the bedroom and impair sleep quality. From the perspective of building biology, a metal-free bed actively contributes to healthy and restful sleep.

The oil surface treatment allows the wood to breathe, absorb and release environmental moisture. The special natural wood surface is dirt-resistant, water-repellent, and abrasion-resistant. These are food-safe natural oils, free of formaldehyde, softeners and adhesives.

Renewable raw material:
The hardwood used (ash) comes from foresters in our region who place great importance on careful forest management. Our metal-free beds are produced here in the village. As a renewable resource, wood is the most important and resource-efficient material for furniture construction.
Ash wood is particularly suitable as a hardwood because of its beautiful grain, tensile strength and flexural strength. The color shade varies from light brown to honey tones, with partly darker heartwood. This vibrancy makes real wood furniture especially attractive and creates a cozy atmosphere. With solid wood furniture, each piece is unique. The grains are always different and form the character.
