We deliver free of charge within mainland Germany.


1. Shipping information

1.1. The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components. We ship our furniture in parcels with GLS-Parcel-Shipping.

Shipping is free within the German mainland. Island shipping on request and with a surcharge. We also deliver bulky goods ore orders with more articles then common to household use with a forwarding agency free of charge within Germany (mainland). Shipping items are marked in the item details. If you are not sure about how we ship your order, feel free to contact us.

You have the option of express delivery (delivery within 2 working days). There is a surcharge per item of 20.00 EUR. Express shipping can only be selected within Germany (mainland). Freight forwarding items cannot be sent as express.


1.2. We also deliver to the EU countries listed below (mainland only). The calculation results from the shipping group and the total number of packages. You can find the information about this in the item details. Note that shipping items cannot be shipped to EU countries. Shipping items are marked in the item details.


2. Delivery

2.1 The delivery takes place via our logistics partner GLS or forwarding agency. Please refer to the respective product page for the delivery time. If there are longer delays with an order, you will be informed immediately. In such a case, you are free to withdraw from your order free of charge or to make changes before delivery, unless otherwise agreed. Please note that if you order several large items (such as several cupboards or beds) or if you do not order a common household quantity, the delivery will be sent by a forwarding agent and the delivery time will then change accordingly.

2.2 If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.


2.3 Unfortunately, weather and road conditions, a large number of parcels may mean that not all parcels can be delivered in the specified time. Since the transporting trucks have a limited loading capacity, it is possible, among other things, that not all packages of an order are delivered together in one day. This cannot be recognized as a reason for a complaint.


We do not deliver to Switzerland or other non-EU countries.


VAT reimbursements:
For the reimbursement of German VAT, we absolutely need an original export and customer certificate by post for VAT purposes from customs for exports of non-commercial travel (Section 6 (3a) UStG). This is a 2-page form that is filled out, signed and stamped by customs. Without this, the VAT cannot be reimbursed. In general, we charge an administration fee of 8% of the gross invoice amount, but at least EUR 15.00 up to a maximum of EUR 25.00, for the additional expense of changes to the invoice due to VAT refunds


When ordering, it is essential to ensure that the invoice or delivery address is correct! Please check both addresses again for your own safety
